The company continuously improves customer satisfaction, has been rated as the best supplier by many customers. It passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2001, ISO/TS16949 certification in 2004 and IATF16949 certification in 2018. The company has high-precision testing equipment: CMM, profilometer, roundness measuring instrument, 3D scanner, spectrum analyzer, X-ray flaw detector(Maximum penetration thickness: 50mm for iron parts and 110mm for aluminum parts), audio detector, infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, Brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, etc.

The design of experiment (DOE) method is used in product and production process design to select the best product and process parameters; Statistical process control (SPC) methods are used in the production process to stabilize the production process and continuously improve the process capability (Cpk).

The company has established an incentive mechanism to realize the continuous improvement. All employees are motivated to participate in the improvement activities. The company carries out "One Increase and Two Decreases" quality improvement project. “One Increase” means increase the yield of castings (single weight of blank/single weight of casting), therefore, twenty-two projects were set up in 2023, some projects have increase rate of 15%. “First Decrease” is to reduce the cutting rate (cutting weight/blank weight), thereby 18 projects were set up in 2023, with an decrease of up to 7%; “Second Decrease” is to reduce the scrap rate, in this respect, 35 projects were set up in 2023, with an average decrease of 15%. In terms of "Golden Ideas", 166 improvement projects were submitted in 2021, 68 projects were selected and awarded, and nine projects have benefits 500,000 RMB.

Quality control of casting static pressure line

In order to meet the testing requirements of different cast irons, the casting static pressure line is equipped with advanced test equipment and instruments, including independent cast iron material testing laboratory, direct reading spectrum analyzer, salt spray testing machine, electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, hardness machine, metallographic microscope, etc.

The medium frequency electric furnace is equipped with a flow monitoring system, which can intelligently monitor the cooling condition of the furnace body. A waste heat recovery device is equipped for heating the workshop in winter.

Quality control of constant temperature workshop

The constant temperature workshop is equipped with a high-performance coordinate measuring instrument of a world-renowned brand and adopts advanced measuring technology. It has automatic loading and unloading fixtures to realize automatic measurement and meet the requirement of high-frequency measurement for every ten pieces processed. These measurement techniques and equipment can guarantee a high level of quality control, such as measuring accuracy of 1.2 microns at 20 C.

MES System

Liancheng Precision has introduced MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to realize the transformation and upgrading of automation and digitalization. The MES can collect and analyze the operation data and quality control data of on-site processing equipment, and optimize management, reduce the production cost and maximize the productivity benefit of the equipment.
