SINTO FCMX-III Aluminum Production Line
To meet the needs of customers and improve the quality and production efficiency of castings, Liancheng Precision has introduced SINTO FCMX-III aluminum casting production line. With SINTO FCMX- III continuous molding and continuous casting are realized, 120 boxes can be molded per hour, and the production efficiency is twenty times higher than that of the traditional gravity casting. The daily production weight of roughcast is about thirty-two tons. The line has a flask size of 700 mm X 600 mm X 300 mm X 300 mm and a sand mold of up to 500 mm.
SINTO FCMX- III production line adopts the patented technology of pneumatic sand addition, achieves sand quality and production efficiency, increases added value and reduce total cost based on a long-term stable operation.
The molding airflow sand adding technology can use airflow with lower pressure, and the airflow is ejected from the side of the sand tank to push the molding sand to flow. At the same time, the stable pressure on the inner wall of the sand tank is created, so that the molding sand is filled smoothly and evenly. Compared with the common sand shooting mode, the sand mold filled by the airflow sand is more even. Bridging should not occur at parts with complex shapes or small flanges (after the molding sand is pushed into the flask by the air flow, the molding sand and the pattern plate will rebound, causing a slight gap between the sand and the mold, this process known as bridging). The compressed air consumption is reduced by 70%, and the modeling noise is less than 75 DB, which not only improves the appearance quality of products, but also reduces energy consumption. It also reduces the noise of the production site and creates a better working environment for workers.
The aluminum casting production line adopts a powerful rotor-type sand mixer, and the three-layer scraper rotating at a low speed is mutually matched with the rotor blade rotating at a high speed. A quick diffusion and strong friction are generated between the sand materials. The sand mixing efficiency is higher, the quality of the molding sand is good. It can mix fifty tons of sand per hour under full load operation.
New smelting and pouring dedusting equipment are added to further improve the working environment of workers. Melting and pouring dust removal adopts a vertical filter cartridge dust remover and the latest technology of catalytic combustion, which has strong ability to adapt to dust. It has the advantages of high purification efficiency, high automation degree, convenient management, safe operation, stability, and reliability. At present, the dust removal equipment has passed the inspection and acceptance of relevant departments, and all the dust removal indicators have reached or exceeded the national standards.
